Product Introduction:

It is an environmentally friendly foaming catalyst, Colorless to lightyellow liquid, miscible with alcohol and water.

Product Application:

It is a reactive low-odor polyurethane catalyst mainly used inpolyurethane rigid foam, highly resilient toy foam, and has a special effect onfoam skin curing. It has a tertiary amine group and a hydroxyl group , thusperforming a typical chemical reaction of amines and alcohols. It has a strongcatalytic effect on the chemical reaction of water and isocyanate to producepolyurethane foam. The hydroxyl groups in this catalyst react with isocyanatesand can therefore be chemically attached to polyurethane polymers. As a result,there is very little residual odor in the foam products made by this method.

Storage and Transportation:

It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse.

Drum (25kg/180kg), square box and tank car can be provided according tocustomer requirements.

Notes:

Please tighten thepackaging cap as soon as possible after use to prevent the mixing of othersubstances such as moisture and affect the performance of the product. Store ina cool, dry place and keep container tightly sealed to avoid contact withoxides. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact between skin and mucous membranes.Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work,shower and change. Store contaminated clothes separately and wash them beforeuse. Practice good hygiene.
