It is a low-odor, low-emission, reactive amine catalyst for polyurethaneflexible bulk sponge lines.
Product Application:
It is a novel non-dispersive gel catalyst fordiphenylmethylenediisocyanate (MDI) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) polyurethanefoamed flexible molded foams. While maintaining foaming properties, it alsoforms a tight chemical bond with polyurethane foam plastics. It is used inautomotive manufacturing because it eliminates odors and volatile organiccompounds emitted by polyurethane catalysts that cause fog on the windshieldand contamination of water droplets and polyethylene plastics.

Storage and Transportation:
It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse.
Packaging:
Drum (25kg/180kg), square box and tank car can be provided according tocustomer requirements.
Notes:
Please tighten thepackaging cap as soon as possible after use to prevent the mixing of othersubstances such as moisture and affect the performance of the product. Store ina cool, dry place and keep container tightly sealed to avoid contact withoxides. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact between skin and mucous membranes.Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work,shower and change. Store contaminated clothes separately and wash them beforeuse. Practice good hygiene.
