Product Introduction:
It is a low-odor reactive delayed foaming catalyst that extends the milkywhite time and enables sufficient flow time of the material. In the moldingprocess, it can ensure that the material is completely filled with the moldcavity.
Product Application:
Its main component molecular structure contains hydroxyl functional groups,which can react with NCO in isocyanate to become part of the foam, therebyreducing the odor and VOC volatilization of polyurethane products. It can beused in various polyurethane foams, replacing the traditional polyurethanedelayed amine catalyst A400 (catalyst BL17). It is recommended for low-odorautomotive high-resilience flexible molded foams such as: car seats, NVH foamcarpets, and other types of polyurethane products with complex cavities orlarge sizes, because it provides good upfront flow and post-curing results, andcan reduce foam odor and VOC volatilization.

Storage and Transportation:
It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse.
Packaging:
Drum (25kg/180kg), square box and tank car can be provided according tocustomer requirements.
Notes:
Please tighten the packaging cap as soon as possible after use to preventthe mixing of other substances such as moisture and affect the performance ofthe product. Store in a cool, dry place and keep container tightly sealed toavoid contact with oxides. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact between skinand mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in theworkplace. After work, shower and change. Store contaminated clothes separatelyand wash them before use. Practice good hygiene.
