DXCAT®LE-204

Product Introduction:

It is a reactive low-odor delayed gel-typecatalyst mainly used in the production and manufacture of low-odor, low-VOCpolyurethane foam products. The addition of LE-204 catalyst to the formulationshortens the release time without affecting the upfront milky white time andimproves the pore opening of the foam. LE-204 catalyst is suitable forpolyurethane products with large sizes or complex cavities in the moldingprocess, such as molded slow rebound mattresses, automotive rear seats andmedical mattresses.

Product Application:

It can shorten the release time and increase the productioncapacity, is used in the fast cycle rotary table type car rear seat productionline, improve the foam opening capacity, reduce the amount of pore opener andimprove the good physical properties of the finished foam.

Storage and Transportation:

It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse.

Drum (25kg/180kg), square box and tank car can be provided according tocustomer requirements.

Notes:

Please tighten the packaging cap as soon as possible after use toprevent the mixing of other substances such as moisture and affect theperformance of the product. Store in a cool, dry place and keep containertightly sealed to avoid contact with oxides. Do not inhale dust and avoidcontact between skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking areprohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change. Store contaminatedclothes separately and wash them before use. Practice good hygiene.
